The answer is simple: Poles' favorite social media site is Facebook . And this applies to all age groups of Internet users. When asked which social media site they visit most often, as many as 58% of all Internet users in Poland, i.e. approximately 12 million people, choose Facebook. YouTube was second in line, indicated by as many as 27% of users. That's a lot, but it could probably be even more. In the case of this website, the matter is less obvious. You can use many of its functionalities without registering or logging in, and the most important function -
Watching videos - is directly supported by Google and Phone Number Data the exposure of YT videos in search results. Many users use YouTube every day, probably without fully realizing it. It can be assumed that passive YouTube users include virtually all Poles using the Internet. Nevertheless, it being chosen as a favorite by 1/3 of Internet users is impressive. Conscious, active YouTube users are a really large group. Even if the level of engagement measured by the number of thumbs up or comments per video is much lower than on Facebook.
All the rest of the social channels are much, much further. Taking into account the sample (N=1000) on which the study was carried out and the results oscillating around 1 or 2 percentage points, it can actually be assumed that loyal fans of these websites are a tiny minority. Apart from Facebook and YouTube fans, the only really significant group are people who couldn't name their favorite social networking site (6%). Converting the percentage result into absolute values is between 0.8 and 1.4 million Internet users.
